Chai Tea Chai tea is a combination of black tea (Assam) ans 7 spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, nutmeg and black pepper).
It is widely consummed in India, where it is steeped in boiling milk with sugar. The popularity of Indian Chai is now worldwide.
The spice mix is called Masala (meaning spicy ) and the word Chai means tea. That's why we like to call our tea Masala Chai.
